Refund Policy

The Journal of Technological Information, Management & Engineering Sciences follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Since publication fees are used immediately for processing, reviewing, and maintaining published content, refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances as outlined below:

1. Non-Refundable Fees

   • Once an article has been accepted and the publication fee is paid, the fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

   • Fees are also non-refundable if the author withdraws the manuscript after peer review or acceptance.

2. Duplicate Payment

   • In cases where authors have made a double or excess payment by mistake, a refund will be processed after proper verification.

3. Technical Error

   • If a technical or system error leads to incorrect payment deductions, the author is eligible for a full refund.

4. Journal’s Inability to Publish

   • If, for any reason, the journal is unable to publish the accepted article, a full refund of the publication fee will be made.

5. Processing of Refunds

   • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the journal’s official email within 30 days of payment.

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days through the same payment method used by the author.

6. Policy Updates

   • The journal reserves the right to revise this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
