Archiving Policy

The Journal of Technological Information, Management & Engineering Sciences is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. To ensure the integrity and availability of scholarly material, the journal follows a robust digital archiving policy:

  1. Digital Preservation
All published articles are archived in the journal’s official repository and maintained on secure servers with regular backups.

  2. PKP Preservation Network (PN)
The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which provides decentralized and distributed preservation to ensure that journal content remains permanently accessible.

  3. Institutional and Subject Repositories
Authors are permitted to deposit published versions of their articles in institutional repositories, subject-based repositories, or personal websites, ensuring wider dissemination and preservation.

  4. Indexing and Databases
The journal strives to ensure that its content is indexed and preserved in recognized abstracting and indexing databases, digital libraries, and archiving services.

  5. Backup and Recovery
Regular backups are created and stored in multiple locations to prevent data loss. In case of technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, content can be restored quickly and effectively.

  6. Future Accessibility
In the event the journal ceases publication, all published content will remain accessible through the archiving systems mentioned above to guarantee perpetual access to the scholarly record.
